Hello

My name is Madisen Papineau. In 2019, my husband retired from the Marine Corps, which led us to relocate back to our hometown in the Walla Walla Valley. This transition allowed me to pursue my long-held dream of breeding beautiful Dachshunds. After conducting extensive research on the breed, I discovered English Cream Dachshunds, which are known for their friendly and composed temperament. This is in contrast to the Dachshunds I encountered in my childhood, who were often vocal and occasionally nippy. I found my first breeding pair, George and Gal, and embarked on an exciting journey! I am thrilled to share my knowledge, passion, and dedication to this breed with you and your family.

My Story

In 2020, I launched English Cream Dachshunds, and we have been well-received in the breeding community. We strive to stay updated on all new developments in breeding science. We are proud members of the AKC Bred with HEART program and are also part of the GoodDog Breeder Program. It is important to us to have references and partners to help families feel secure and reassured that we are a responsible choice for their furry companions.
